Water and environmental development initiative (WEDI) is a Somalia-based non-profit development initiative that works to promote transformational change for water and environment.

WEDI was formed in 3^rd July 2018 by a group of intellectuals consisting of water engineers, Geologists, environmentalists and Public health expertise.
